Dr. Edward Stoneham

Dr. Stoneham made his first LEDs in 1973 as a doctoral student of Prof. James Gibbons at Stanford. He worked in semiconductor device processing, integration, and packaging at HP and Silicon Valley startups before developing multispectral LED lighting leading to the co-founding of XtremeLUX. He is an author, angel investor, and advisor and has more than 22 U.S. patents.

Dr. Chinwang Tu

​COO Dr. Chinwang Tu has been involved in LED and laser chip, epi, and LED lighting application product development and manufacturing since 1984. He started as an R&D Engineer in the Optoelectronics Division of Hewlett Packard in 1984 and was the Epi Engineering Manager from 1988 to 1999. In 1999 he co-founded LuxNet, an optical fiber communication active component company, and became the President and Operations Director in 2000 until the company headquarters relocated to Taiwan in 2003

Chiamin Cheng

​Chiamin Cheng has more than 25 years of experience with fast-paced, highly dynamic companies in the wireless communications and computer industries. Prior to co-founding XtremeLUX, he was Sr. Director of Testing and Field Engineering at NextNav, a start-up focused on developing a wide-area 3D positioning system with high accuracy in indoor and urban environments

Dr. Chen Wu

Advisor Dr. Chen Wu has been developing technical and market solutions for LED-based applications since 1973. As Founder and CEO of Leotek Electronics Corporation, he has been responsible for identifying and developing emerging LED applications and markets for the company. He founded Leotek in 1993 and led his team through the design and development of many innovative and successful products. Leotek has now become the second-largest LED traffic signal company in the world.

Jake Eisenberg

Jake Eisenberg is a pioneer with over a decade of experience in the convergence of vertical farming and plant molecular farming. As the founding Director of Biopharma Solutions at OnePointOne, Jake established the Molecular Farming/Biopharma Department and developed scientific, engineering, and business cases for plant molecular farming applications. He played a key role in establishing research partnerships seeding business opportunities, and in overseeing advanced R&D projects to develop capabilities in transient expression in an automated vertical farming system. He is committed to advising life science innovators and translational technology groups in the development and production of plant-based therapies and products for a more sustainable future.
